How do I create an NDIS plan?

Once you have been approved for the NDIS, you then need to contact your nearest Local Area Coordination (LAC) Partner or the NDIA to set-up a planning meeting.

What is a service agreement?

In the context of the NDIS, a service agreement is between you and your chosen provider (e.g – physiotherapist).

Understanding NDIS funding

Your NDIS plan will include what funded supports you were approved for. The funded support section will tell you what funding you have been allocated across three support budgets.
